- How do i watch member webinars?
Some of our webinars are FREE to members. You must be logged in to register for them. Other webinars are open to the public too. Members always get a discounted rate. Recorded webinars are also available through the member area of the website. Login and view the recorded webinar page.
- Where do I find my PPG Member ID Number?
On your membership profile that you can view once you are logged in you will see your membership number.
- How do I request my Password?
Your password can be reset from the home page of the PPG website
- I’ve forgotten my Login Information. What do I do now?
Your login is the email address you used when you first registered to become a member. Using this you can reset your password. It this does not work then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Where do I find my name listed on the PPG web site?
Click on any of the links that say “Find a Professional.” There is one on the home page. You can then search by Country, State, Name, a Zip Code or a Location Serviced. If you are a provisional member then you are listed in the Provisional Member database and this can only be accessed by members from the member area.
- I am a PPG Member. Why isn’t my name listed on the PPG web site?
If you are an approved member then you will be listed in the membership directory. Your listing goes live as soon as you receive your membership confirmation email. You will need to check that your profile is completed properly so it comes up in the searches.
- Can I use the PPG Logo on my web site?
All PPG members can use the PPG Logo on their websites and the PPG Member Badge.
- Can I use the PPG Logo on my business cards?
Yes. You should also list your PPG membership number under the logo.
- How do I join the PPG Member Discussion Forum?
Login to your account and go to the member area. You will find the discussion forum there.
- Where can I get Liability Insurance for my business?
PPG members are eligible to receive a pre-negotiated group rate on business liability insurance through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas. You must quote your PPG membership number if you contact them directly. You can also complete the application form that you will find in the membership benefit area of the website.
- Is there a fee to join the PPG?
At this time we do not charge a membership fee. We will be implementing a small fee in 2013. At that time we will be accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You will be able to pay your membership fee online and through your membership profile. You will also have the option to pay your membership fee in small monthly increments over a 12 month period.
- Can I pay for PPG membership over fax or telephone?
There will be a provision for taking membership payments over the telephone.
- How do I get a copy of Barks From The Guild?
The quarterly BFTG is emailed to all members and can also be picked up via a link on the PPG website. As soon as it is published every quarter we will email you the link.
- Can I present a PPG member webinar?
Yes. You need to complete the online member webinar submission form and read the webinar guidelines, terms and conditions. All member webinars are approved by the Member Education Committee before being confirmed to the applicant.
- Is PPG a Non-Profit Organization?
At this time PPG is transitioning to become a 501 c 6 Non-Profit organization. When it was first founded in January of 2012 the company was launched using private funds.
