During this webinar Judy Luther will discuss how to utilize the latest cognitive research to teach family pets more effectively. She will explain how building a trust centered relationship between pets and their owners will increase their capacity to learn. You will learn how to help your clients facilitate a Trust centered relationship with their dogs.

We will also discuss how to use social learning and imitation to teach animals both simple and complex behaviors. This methods makes the learning process, quick. stress free and fun for the dog and the one. We will also, touch on how giving choices can build confidence, develop problem solving skills and reduce anxiety in dogs.

    About The Presenter


    Judy Luther is the creator and founder of Trust Centered Training. This program uses a cognitive approach to training animals, while putting a heavy emphasis on the relationship between the animal and caretaker.

    Judy has been using and promoting positive, fear free training methods exclusively for over 25 years. Based in St. Louis and Branson, Missouri, Judy runs Dog Star Training providing private training and behavior consultations with various species. She also volunteers with several rescues and shelters, consults with veterinarians, and is a legal advisor, as well as presenting seminars on dog behavior and bite prevention. Judy also presents seminars on the Trust Centered Training program throughout the United States.
