How It works

1. Show case your special offer in our SWAG Bag Catalog. All Geek Week attendees and ALL 4 participating organizations members get a SWAG Bag Catalog for your maximum exposure. More advertising for your product or services! Thousands of qualified customers will see your SWAG. 

2. Your ad will be featured during the 7 days leading up to the event, 5 days during the event and 7 days after the event in the Geek Week platform. That’s 19 days of maximum exposure!

3. Swag Bag inserts will also go out to all members of participating host organizations via their individual member Facebook Groups and member area websites. Thousands of qualified people will see your insert.

4. The Geek Week Virtual catalog with your special offer will be emailed to all Geek Week attendees within 7 days after the event. A great reminder right at their fingertips.

Summary of Requirement:

  • SWAG ads/inserts must Include unique offers to help promote your products & services. The ad/insert must contain a specific code and link for attendees to purchase your offer.
  • Artwork Specs: Full color high resolution artwork – 4 X 6 (inches) with a resolution of 300 DPI. (1200px x 1800px)
  • How to submit: We will provide a form for you to submit your offer to ensure all the relevant information is collected to maximize your ad’s effectiveness.  

SWAG Insert Ideas:

a)      Use your SWAG insert to build a long-term community and capture registrant’s (opt-in) contact details.
b)      Promote a single product and generate excitement about its purpose and use.
c)       Increase your web traffic.  Accompany your product promotion with a raffle, competition or other incentive for attendees to click through to your site.
d)      Include a strong call to action, an offer that cannot be refused.
