Your Business Marketing In Times of Difficulty!

A PPG member resource to support our community through this difficult time. Join Niki Tudge and Dr. Robert King as they talk through some key aspects of business marketing and finance. 

In this free flowing webinar we will be discussing:

  1. How to use social media to market in these difficult times
  2. How to add value to your existing services to retain your clients loyalty
  3. Don’t just throw about discounts, be strategic in your support of your clients
  4. Understand that Cash Flow is King, what it is and how to monitor and manage it
  5. How to find and broaden your reach to new clients and up sell, market to existing clients

The webinar will also allow a minimum of  20 minutes for questions and answers. 

Dr. Robert King 

Dr. King received his B.B.A. in Marketing, an M.B.A. in marketing, and a M.S. in Finance & Economics from West Texas A&M University before earning a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. Dr. King teaches principles of marketing and advertising to undergraduates as well as marketing strategy and social networking to graduate students.  He serves on several boards of directors as well as enjoying his own small business ventures and uses this knowledge to aid in the teaching of his classes. Dr. King’s research includes a wide variety of topics, but most fall under the scope of marketing strategy, electronic word-of-mouth, technology use in business, and business ethics. Dr. King enjoys spending time with his wife and dog.  When not at work he enjoys reading, the outdoors, travelling, and cooking.


Niki Tudge

Along with Niki’s business degree and MBA from Oxford Brookes University she is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a HCITB TS1, TS2 & TS3 certified people trainer and a certified Facilitator and Project Manager. Niki has more than 20 years of  experience in fortune 500 organizations reaching Director positions. Niki is passionate about supporting small business owners on their individual journeys, navigating marketing, business finance, human resources and business planning activities. 

Niki’s professional credentials include; AABP-Professional Dog Trainer, AABP-Professional Dog Behavior Consultant, PCBC-A and PCT-A through the Pet Professional Accrediting Board and she has earned diplomas in Animal Behavior Technology and Canine Behavior Science & Technology through the Companion Animal Science Institute

As the founder and President of The Pet Professional Guild, DogNostics Career Center and The DogSmith, Niki has substantial leadership experience in the pet industry. She is also the President of Doggone Safe, a non-profit educational organization that focuses on education initiatives for the purpose of dog bite prevention and increased safety around dogs. Niki has published numerous articles on dog training and dog behavior and her pet dog training businesses have been featured in many publications including The New York Times.

Niki is a published author and has released the following titles People Training Skills for Pet Professionals, Get Coaching Now! Big Training in a Small Business, A Kids’ Comprehensive Guide to Speaking Dog! , A Lexicon of Practical Terms for Pet Trainers and Behavior Consultants and most recently Pet Training and Behavior Consulting: A Model for Raising the Bar to Protect Professionals, Pets and Their People.
