Your Presenters –  Derek Snow

Derek Snow is the founder of No Dog Left Behind Training & Behaviour Consulting and The Paw Coach Business Consulting, a brand that helps pet professionals build profitable, sustainable, and fulfilling businesses. A certified dog trainer through Animal Behavior College since 2008, Derek is a member of the Canadian Association of Service Dog Trainers and has also worked as a service dog trainer with Citadel Canine Society and through his own programs since 2017. He’s also created therapy and psychiatric service dog programs and is the author of “A Human’s Guide to Surviving Puppyhood”, a resource he donates to local clinics, rescues, and shelters.

His journey started as a volunteer dog walker at a humane society, where his passion for advocacy took root. After growing a full-time training business, he hit burnout in 2018 and nearly left the industry—until a mentor helped him double his income and rebuild with more balance. That experience sparked a new mission: helping other kind, capable pet pros avoid burnout and build businesses that give them more freedom, impact, and income. Derek now supports groomers, daycare/boarding facilities, and trainers across North America through The Paw Coach.
