🚨 Are You Ready to Stop Guessing and Start Mastering Complex Behavior Cases?

Behavior Case Study: Changing a Pet’s Emotional Response – Reactivity to Dog and Human Encounters (Behavior Modification and Support Plan)

Join behavior experts Niki Tudge and Louise Stapleton-Frappell as we break down the entire process—from initial intake to sustained success—using the professional, data-driven system

Event Format

PART ONE: DMAIC framework.

We will first discuss, in an overview format, the DMAIC process for managing the Behavior Case project and how its outputs inform the setup of the Behavior Modification program.

📈 Master the DMAIC Process for Behavior Cases

DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is a proven process management tool. We’ll show you exactly how its outputs inform every step of the Behavior Modification program:

  1. The process is the Behavior Case – From the intake procedure to the final goal
  2. The Inputs to this process are the client and the behavior problem
  3. The Outputs of this process are the Behavior Modification program and goal results
  • Define – Understand the project, the client, the student, and the problem
  • Measure – Functional assessment to understand the behavior baseline and all the critical factors.
  • Analyze – Identify the root cause, setting events, motivating operations, and relevant SD or CS, and any emotional responses.
  • Improve – Using the data, implement the plan around Management, Training, and Relationship factors.
  • Control – Set up dashboard measures to ensure the new behaviors remain in place and the behavior program results are sustained.

Part Two – The Behavior Case
