Maria is the founder of Full Potential Collective and Full Potential Dog Training, established in 2020 after a career pivot during COVID led her to pursue her true calling. She is a graduate of CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, CATCH Trainer Mentor, an APDT member, and currently serves as Training Director for an award-winning daycare and boarding facility in Central PA while teaching and developing trainers.
Maria specializes in in-home training for puppies and adolescent dogs of all breeds, with a strong emphasis on foundational obedience, impulse control, breed instincts, and practical behavior modification. Known for her common-sense, no-sugar-coating approach, she focuses just as much on training people as dogs. With the creation of Full Potential Collective, Maria now educates and inspires pet professionals to better understand client personalities, improve communication, and create lasting buy-in that leads to real results.
