Your Webinar Description:

Fear-related Reactivity and aggression are never isolated “training problems”. They are behaviour patterns shaped by a dog’s affective state, physical capability, health status, learning history, genetic predisposition and the demands placed on them day to day. This webinar shows how to put the whole dog in the picture, with a specific focus on why movement matters (gait and posture) when identifying physical health drivers that can lower behavioural threshold and reduce coping capacity and how we can improve case outcomes through effective collaboration. Attendees will learn how to work alongside allied professionals, how to collect and communicate clinically relevant observations that support appropriate veterinary investigation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Moving beyond surface-level approaches to behaviour, towards a whole dog approach that uncovers the factors truly driving fear-related reactivity and aggression presentations.
  • Recognise movement, posture, and gait patterns that may indicate physical health factors relevant to behavioural presentation.
  • Record and communicate clinically relevant observations in clear language that supports appropriate veterinary investigation.
  • Work more effectively with allied professionals to improve case outcomes.
  • Prepare reactive dog families for veterinary consultations, improving safety and follow-through.
