Agnieszka Janarek is the founder of Tromplo® and an internationally recognized educator dedicated to bridging the gap between behavioral science and practical, force-free animal training. Her mission centers on dispelling common training myths by replacing guesswork with evidence-based, ethically grounded methodologies.
She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Institute of Psychology at Jagiellonian University, conducting research on anxiety- and fear-related behaviors in dogs under the supervision of Professor Przemysław Bąbel. Combining a rigorous academic background in Applied Behavior Analysis with extensive hands-on experience, Agnieszka delivers practical frameworks that make complex behavioral science accessible and immediately applicable for trainers, sports handlers, and behavior consultants worldwide.
