Getting Started

First, let’s get you acquainted with the program and how it works. There are three ways you can do this—choose the one that’s most convenient for you:

• Attend a Live Q&A session to learn about the program and ask questions. These sessions are scheduled regularly and are listed at the top of the right sidebar on this page. Find one that works with your schedule and register for it.
• Watch an On-Demand Webinar first, and then join us for a Q&A session.
• Watch an On-Demand Webinar and then submit a form to either start a new team or join an existing one. Links to the forms can be found in the next section.

Once you’re familiar with the program and have decided on either starting a new team or joining an existing team, move on to the next section.

Join an Existing Team

Is There Already a Team in Your Area?

Don’t feel like you have to build the infrastructure yourself. If you are ready to hit the ground running, you can join a pre-established Behavior Team in your area.

When you join an existing local group, you step into a ready-made ecosystem of support. You’ll immediately gain access to:
