Christine Fitzgerald
Professional Dog Trainer
Christine is a force-free, positive-reinforcement dog trainer and Level 4 canine behaviour practitioner, currently working towards her Level 5 qualification.
She works as a private coach, supporting clients both in person and online through one-to-one training and behaviour consultations. Alongside this, she runs community dog walks and monthly group training walks, encouraging people and their dogs to explore the wonderful green spaces across Essex while learning practical skills in real-life environments.
Christine is passionate about helping people (especially children) see the world through their dog’s eyes. She believes that understanding a dog’s emotions, body language and communication is the foundation of building strong, trusting relationships and achieving lasting behaviour change. Being part of the PPG’s Behaviour Teams program provides an opportunity to educate more people about the impact of aversive training methods and to promote a kinder, more ethical and scientifically informed approach to working with our canine companions.
Christine is proud to be a member of the Pet Professional Guild.
